Jonathan has spent the majority of his career at Rapier, building it into one of the foremost Marketing Companies in the UK. He partnered with John Ginn in 2012 to transform Rapier from an Agency to a SaaS provider of a First Party Data-driven Customer Strategy Platform. Since then Jonathan has developed the business to provide Customer Value Growth consulting enabled by the SaaS capability. Jonathan has deep expertise across all service sectors including Retail, Financial Services, Travel, Telco & Utilities.
John previously lead CRM at First Direct and subsequently lead Sophron, the leading Customer Strategy Consulting firm, later managing its integration into CACI. In 2012 he partnered with Jonathan. John is passionate about helping Rapier’s Clients extract maximum value from their First Party Data and the rapid deployment of data-led Actionable Customer Strategy. John has two decades of experience working at the highest level within Telcos, Retailers and Financial Services.
